Starter: Mummy Head Camembert
You will need: black olives, puff pastry, 1 egg and 1 round camembert.
On a lightly floured work surface, roll the puff pastry out and cut into strips. Wrap the strips around the Camembert like a mummy. Place into an oven dish, whisk the egg and brush over pastry. Bake in a 180 °C oven for 15 minutes. Place sliced olives on top for eyes and serve with breadstick fingers. Done!
Main: Spider Burgers
You will need: 4 burger patties of your choice, seeded burger buns, cheddar cheese, onion rings, tomato ketchup, black olives and cocktail sticks.
Follow the cooking instructions on the packet for the burgers and onion rings. Once ready, place the burgers into the buns. Cut the onion rings in half, dip the ends in ketchup and place them on the sides to look like spider legs. Cut slices of cheddar to look like fangs and place them on the front. Finally, pierce two black olives onto cocktail sticks and stick into the bun for eyes.
Dessert: Halloween Dirt Cake
You will need: 2 packets of Oreos, 100g melted butter, 5g vanilla essence, 600g full-fat soft cheese, 100g icing sugar, 1 pot of double cream and gummy worms.
Line a square baking tin with parchment paper. Crush 1 packet of Oreos and add melted butter. Place the Oreo crumb into the tin and chill for 1 hour. Put the cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla essence and double cream into a large mixing bowl. Beat until the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture onto the Oreo base and chill for 6 hours. Crush the remaining packet of Oreos and scatter over the top. Finish with gummy worms.
