Have a healthier lifestyle and save the environment by going vegan! An annual challenge run by a non-profit organisation in the UK, the Veganuary movement began in 2014.

Since then, veganism has skyrocketed in the UK. A survey by The Vegan Society in May 2021 showed that one in four Brits had reduced the amount of animal products they were consuming since the start of 2019.

The number of vegans in the UK also quadrupled from 2014 to 2021. So join in the fun and start by trading meat, fish, dairy and eggs for healthy plant-based goodness this month.
