Competition Terms

The terms set out below apply generally to the competitions that Zilch operates from time for time. For terms relating to a specific competition please scroll further below.

  1. Our prize draws are open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except our employees, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  2. The prize draws are free to enter unless stated otherwise.
  3. Each prize draw shall be open for a specific time period. Entries received after this time period will not be counted or considered.
  4. We accept no responsibility for any incomplete entries or any entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
  5. A winner for a prize draw will be chosen by a random draw or, where there is any element of subjective judgment, by an independent judge, on the day of each draw.
  6. The winner will receive the prizes advertised on Zilch’s social media, via email or mailshot, or via an approved third party’s social media that relates to the competition.
  7. The winner will be notified by email or via social media (using the details provided at entry) as soon as practicable after the date of the relevant prize draw and must provide a postal address, email address and contact number to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Zilch within 5 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  8. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 14 days of being notified of their win. If the prize is a voucher/Zilch credit it will be sent via email within 14 days.
  9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  10. Our decision regarding any aspect of a prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  11. We must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award has taken place. To comply with this obligation for social competitions, we will post the name of any winners to social media on the day after each prize draw is carried out. Additionally for all competitions we will send the surname and county of prize winners to anyone who contacts us via our customer service team (via our purple support button located at the bottom of our FAQ’s page). If you object to such information being published or made available, please contact us via our customer support team. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  13. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so
  14. Insofar as is permitted by law, we, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by our negligence, our agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  15. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in these terms and our privacy policy.
  16. Each prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to each prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Only round-trip UK to EU flight combinations from the selection provided on the landing page can be booked.

The customer should complete the checkout page by:

  • Filling in the customer’s/passengers’ details
  • Inserting the voucher code received in the dedicated field
  • Paying a mandatory fixed fee of £70 through Zilch Card

Any extra additional expenses related to the flights (such as luggage, web-checking, insurance, etc.) are not included in the fare and can be added as post-sales services or by contacting the airline directly.

Notes

  • Please note that a minimum spend of £400 on Hotel or Flight+Hotel is required to be eligible for the reward.
  • This offer is limited to the first 100 orders with a minimum spend of £400 made after 07/01/2026.
  • The booking must include 2 passengers (at least 1 should be an adult) and can be completed only by paying the mandatory fixed fee of £70 by Zilch Card.
  • The voucher code can be used to book any UK to EU round-trip flight combination from the selection provided on the landing page.
  • Minors cannot travel unaccompanied and must fly with an adult. Any additional minor or infant could be booked on the same flight through a separate reservation on zilch.travel or by contacting the airline directly. Related costs are to be borne by the customer and may vary depending on the selected fare. Additionally, children aged 2 years and older may incur a fixed fee to link the booking PNRs. The airline might request specific data or credentials, which customers can find in their Private Area. We recommend completing this process as soon as possible after receiving the confirmation email to ensure the best fare and seat availability.
  • Each code is valid for a single use and will be redeemed once the booking is finalized.
  • Only one code can be used per booking and cannot be used with any other vouchers issued in a promotional or refund capacity.
  • The voucher code is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. It cannot be replaced in the event of loss or theft, nor exchanged for money, goods, or services.
  • It cannot be used to acquire post-sale services once the booking is confirmed.
  • No changes can be done on the booking after the confirmation.
  • No refunds are allowed for the flights booked

Refer a friend for up to £15 in Rewards
Refer a friend to receive up to £15 in Zilch Rewards for each successful referral during the promotional period. To take part, open the Zilch App, go to ‘Account’, select ‘Refer and earn’, and share your invite link (the “Referral Link”) with your friends. £5 in Zilch Rewards will be added to your accounts within one day of your friend successfully registering with Zilch using your Referral Link.

You will also both receive an additional £5 in Zilch Rewards when your friend makes their first Pay over 6 weeks transaction within 7 days of successfully registering and repays their first instalment early or on time, and a further £5 in Zilch Rewards when they repay the second instalment of that same Pay over 6 weeks transaction early or on time.

The referred friend’s qualifying Pay over 6 weeks transaction must be made within 7 days of registration. All additional Rewards will be credited within 14 days of meeting the relevant repayment criteria. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative. Zilch may withhold Rewards in cases of suspected misuse or gamification and may amend or withdraw this promotion where reasonably necessary.
