Once you’ve downloaded the Zilch app, sign up by hitting the ‘Get started’ button.

Add your personal details.

We just need a few details including your name, address, phone number, date of birth and email. Then agree terms and conditions.

Verify your account.

We’ll ask you for a few more details:

  • 1. Verify your email
  • 2. Add your debit card
  • 3. You may need to verify your ID

Look out for the email.

We’ll immediatley show you your available spend for Pay in 4 purchases.

What type of cards can be linked to my Zilch Virtual Mastercard?

You can link any UK-issued debit card to your Zilch Virtual Mastercard as long as the account is in your name.

We’re all about responsible spending and we have this measure in place to ensure that you are the only one using your account.

You cannot link the following card types with your Zilch Virtual Mastercard:
Debit cards from outside the UK
Corporate cards
Credit cards
Prepaid credit cards
Gift cards
Proxy cards

Can my available spend be increased?

Yes! Based on how you’ve used Zilch, we may choose to upgrade certain users so that they have a higher available spend. 😀

When we upgrade, we look at your payment history. The more often you use Zilch and the more you pay on time, the greater your chances of having a higher available spend.

How do I add my Zilch card to my wallet?
  1. Please head to the App and open Settings
  2. Select 'My Cards'
  3. Below your Zilch card you will see the option to add card to your device wallet
