The role

We're looking for a Senior Communications Manager to help
support the business as we embark on the next phase of our global growth plans. This role will help deliver strategy through execution across our strategic communication plans. We are looking for an experienced PR leader who can deal with the fast-paced nature of a rapidly growing business. This person will have the opportunity to support our relevant business activities
across London and Poland. 

You will play a key role in scaling 
Zilch’s global status and position through generating and implementing compelling communications strategies

Day to day responsibilities

  • Working directly with Chief Communications Officer to manage the execution of both internal and external communications and PR needs of Zilch.
  • Managing media relations and tracking of engagement, communications with leadership, campaigns, and crisis management.
  • Take ownership in coordinating with various internal teams to drive announcements, campaigns, partnerships and more.
  • Maintain the relationship with appointed PR agencies, constantly driving performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Ability to analyse financial models ensuring KPI’s are met, generating management reports and pro-actively present results.
  • Design and implement business strategies and policies that support the company's vision and culture.
  • Work with senior stakeholders on a weekly basis to develop communication strategies.
  • Maintain and drive an annual growth plan that incorporates the targets of the business.
  • Review commercial proposals and where necessary, be able renegotiate in line with the company’s commercial targets.
  • Identify and drive potential efficiencies in our communication processes.
  • Support all areas of the business including marketing, compliance, domains & leadership.
  • Proactively support key stakeholders across the business when urgent problems arise.
  • Be able to attract, coach new talent, understanding team dynamics and strengthening the overall capability of the organisation

We're looking for...

  • Ideally a minimum of 5 years’ experience in professional PR.
  • Experience working within an FCA / Regulated company is a bonus.
  • Excellent proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extremely organised and thorough with an eye for detail.
  • Relevant experience in a fast growing “scale-up” is a bonus.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working autonomously.
  • Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management.
  • An adaptable team-player.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
