Helen Pericleous is the Head of People & Talent at Zilch, where she leverages over a decade of expertise in People & Talent to cultivate an inclusive and dynamic work environment. 

At Zilch Helen is responsible for the entire workforce across all of Zilch global locations. She is responsible for ensuring Zilch attracts, develops, motivates and retains the right talent to support operations and strategy. She sets the strategy for People & Talent, which has included laying the foundations for compliant practices and implementing systems and processes to support scalability.

An accomplished speaker, Helen has shared her insights on numerous platforms, from podcasts and panels to conferences and webinars. Her contributions to the esteemed 'HR Expert Series' notably garnered record-breaking global reach and engagement. Helen has also penned articles for Close Up magazine and various online publications, demonstrating her thought leadership in workplace matters.

Holding a Psychology BSc and being a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Helen's unwavering dedication lies in attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining the right workforce to bolster operations and strategy at Zilch.
