Andrzej is the VP of Engineering at Zilch, where he leads the engineering strategy and oversees technical execution across the company’s rapidly scaling platform. Based in Kraków, he also serves as Site Leader for Zilch Poland, where he was instrumental in establishing and growing into a key hub for the business.

With over two decades of experience in software development and technology leadership, Andrzej brings a wealth of expertise in agile engineering, technical team building, and enterprise-grade product delivery. Since joining Zilch in 2021, he has held progressively senior roles including Engineering Manager and Head of Engineering, during which he led the expansion of the engineering team and spearheaded the delivery of major platform capabilities aligned to Zilch’s mission.

Prior to Zilch, Andrzej held leadership positions at VSoft, Relativity, and Sabre Corporation, where he managed cross-functional teams building complex systems for finance, legal tech, and travel commerce. He began his career as a software engineer, quickly advancing through technical and leadership roles thanks to his robust understanding of system architecture and delivery within agile frameworks.

Andrzej holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from AGH University of Krakow. His leadership combines technical depth with a collaborative ethos, ensuring Zilch’s engineering team continues to innovate at pace and scale.
