Tom is the VP of Service Operations at Zilch, bringing over two decades of global leadership experience across customer experience, digital transformation, and operational strategy. He is an experienced operator with a proven track record of driving improvements in customer outcomes and commercial performance across B2B, B2C, and travel.
Prior to Zilch, Tom was the Director of BPO Vendor Management at Expedia Group, where he led a global network of BPO vendors, driving improvements in service elasticity, NPS, and cost reduction.
Earlier in his career, Tom held other senior roles at Expedia Group including Director of Customer Operations and Sales Director EMEA. He drove digital enablement and operational efficiencies, reducing cost per transaction and delivering significant gains in conversion and customer satisfaction. His experience also spans strategic advisory, having worked as an independent consultant supporting executive teams and boards on CX and operational strategy.
