Andy Woolnough.

Andy Woolnough is a senior global communications and corporate affairs leader with extensive experience in financial services, fintech and technology. He shapes reputation, policy and stakeholder strategy in complex, regulated environments, leading multi-disciplinary functions spanning communications, research, policy and brand. He has guided organisations and their leadership through transformation, regulatory scrutiny, market expansion and corporate transactions. His expertise spans executive positioning, regulatory and public affairs, crisis and issues management, M&A communications, and large-scale brand and narrative evolution.

Andy has held international leadership roles across Europe, APAC, the Middle East and Africa with organisations including Visa Inc, as well as advising global brands at communications consultancies WE and Weber Shandwick.  He has built and restructured global teams across complex markets, and represented organisations at board level, major global policy forums like G20, WEF and UNGA, and in tier-one media.

He currently serves as a Trustee of the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, where he chairs the Programmes and Advocacy Committee, strengthening the organisation’s board-level governance and global advocacy experience.
