Clarence is responsible for new customer acquisition and in-life customer spend, loyalty, and retention. He leads Zilch’s growth engine across Performance Marketing, Affiliates & Partnerships, SEO, ASO, Referrals, CRM, and MarTech.

Clarence brings more than 17 years of experience in performance marketing, commercial strategy, and analytics. Before joining Zilch, he was Head of Performance Marketing at Bark.com, where he managed a global team and multi-million-pound budgets, driving growth via paid channels and leading marketing transformation to boost revenue from non-paid channels.

Previously, Clarence served as Head of Revenue Growth at PizzaExpress, driving commercial optimisation across Performance Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, and Delivery. He spent over a decade at Ocado leading a range of teams, including Performance Marketing, Commercial Strategy & Analytics. Clarence began his career in strategy consulting at L.E.K., where he focused growth strategy & vendor due diligence across a range of industries.

Clarence holds an MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
